We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Superintendent Construction Manager with a specialization in commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description

1. Project Management:
2. Lead and oversee the entire construction process for commercial building projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
3. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any deviations.
4. Team Leadership:
5. Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project team members.
7. Quality Control:
8. Enforce high-quality standards throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
9. Implement and oversee a comprehensive quality control program to identify and address issues proactively.
10. Safety Compliance:
11. Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices on-site.
12. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to mitigate potential risks and maintain a safe working environment.
13. Client Communication:
14. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
15. Budget Management:
16. Manage project budgets effectively, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
17. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting budgetary status and potential areas of concern.
18. Problem Solving:
19. Anticipate and address challenges and obstacles that may arise during construction, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.

    The Successful Applicant

    1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    2. Proven experience as a Superintendent Construction Manager on commercial building projects.
    3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    6. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
    7. OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent is preferred. What's on Offer
