We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Superintendent Construction Manager with a specialization in commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description

1. Responsibilities:
2. Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for hospital projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
3. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
6. Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
7. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with contractual obligations.
8. Lead and mentor on-site staff, including assistant superintendents, foremen, and laborers, to promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.

   The Successful Applicant

   1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
   2. Proven experience as a Superintendent Construction Manager on commercial building projects.
   3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
   4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
   5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   6. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
   7. OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent is preferred. What's on Offer
