- Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale.
- Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
- Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.
- Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.
- Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including ability to manage complex, high-volume accounts.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and communications to ensure timely replenishment and billings in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrate ability to act as a resource to CSR (Customer Service Representative) team members.
- Able to successfully navigate through issues related to contract compliance and pricing.
- Demonstrate advanced computer skills (e.g., ERP systems, CRM's, Outlook, Excel, and Word.) and navigation between various platforms and systems.
- Demonstrate ability to support teammates, leading by influence and leading by example during system and or process changes
- Demonstrate beginning leadership skills, including problem solving, project participation, interpersonal communications, focus, discipline, and responsibility.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Demonstrate advanced phone skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills with ability to successfully communicate verbally and writing.
- Actively contributes to Stryker culture of engagement.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of customer/account management/professional experience
