    We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative in Carrollton, Texas. The main responsibilities of this role will include answering inbound calls and scheduling technicians as per requirements. The representative will be required to handle approximately 25-35 calls per day, with each call lasting between 3-15 minutes depending on the nature of the call. They will be working with bank tellers, brand managers, or store employees to help resolve the issues over the phone. Furthermore, they will also be responsible for taking tier I calls when there is an overflow from the other departments.

    The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of prior experience in customer service, preferably with dispatching or customer tech support. They should be reliable, committed, and capable of solving problems efficiently and effectively.
