Insight Global seeks an IS Administration Support professional to ensure the smooth operation of business applications. Key responsibilities include daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration of technical systems related to Computer Aided Design (CAD).The ideal candidate should have experience with CATIA V5/V6, 3DEXPERIENCE, Linux/Unix, scripting (Powershell, bash, batch), network concepts, Active Directory, and web server monitoring.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential. Proficiency in Japanese and familiarity with ServiceNow or AWS are advantageous. This role plays a critical part in maintaining Toyota's global value chain and ensuring secure IT operations.
