We are an internationally operating pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Greven and sister companies in Hillerod, Denmark and Rome, Italy.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time IT System Administrator / IT Support (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Handling 1st and 2nd level support requests for software and hardware
Analyzing and independently resolving incoming support and service inquiries
Providing remote and onsite support for clients
Maintaining our entire technology package, including desktops/laptops, servers, and network
Ordering, installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software
Performing regular maintenance and optimization tasks, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting the client landscape
Creating and maintaining documentation
Independently planning, implementing, and participating in projects within the SmartPractice family

Requirements:

Completed education in the IT field or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in the abovementioned tasks
Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory Services, VMWare, and Windows Server System
Experience with client management systems
Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
Confident, professional, and communicative demeanor
