Your tasks:

  • As a member of our IT team, you will take on first and second level support as an IT administrator / IT specialist (m/f/d)
  • You will be the contact person for technical questions from our employees regarding all hardware and software issues
  • Analyzing, resolving, and documenting user problems remotely and on-site is also part of your responsibilities
  • You will also support the operation and further development of the company's IT infrastructure, including the support of peripheral and mobile devices
  • You will work closely with external IT service providers and coordinate them
