- Responsible to participate in pilot testing of new or improved IT Services before rolling out to end users.
- Responsible to perform independent research and analyses for use in the development of business strategies and tactics. Interprets results and provides recommendations for further consideration.
- Responsible to respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer network, PCs, applications (i.e., Citrix, CRM etc.), software, websites/portals, tablets, phones, email groupings, document folder setup/security, password administration/resets, and other systems/devices. Identify problems, troubleshoots, and provide advice/alternatives to assist users.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with all associated Quality System, legal, technical, and other company regulations within area of responsibility (includes the Code of Conduct, email policies, EEO, personnel practices, etc.)
- Responsible for Security and ensuring our data is safe and secure. If there are findings of a risk, security breach, etc you will need to report them to your supervisor.
- Responsible to obtain a degree in an IT/Network related field.
