    Description
    Responsibilities Analyze large datasets and develop statistical models to identify patterns and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain metrics for tracking performance and evaluating the effectiveness of organizational processes. Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and identify areas for improvement in organizational processes. Build data pipelines and develop data cleaning and preprocessing scripts as needed to ensure data quality and reliability. Communicate complex data analyses and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analysis and data science techniques and tools.
    Qualifications 3 years of experience in data analysis and/or data science. Strong programming skills in R and Python and experience with SQL and data visualization tools. Experience with A/B testing statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms. Ability to build data pipelines and develop data cleaning and preprocessing scripts. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
