- Assist attorneys in organizing case materials, maintaining case files, and managing litigation timelines.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Manage document production, including discovery requests and responses
- Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts.
- Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely compliance
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and preparing trial binders.
- Attend court proceedings as required and provide support to attorneys during trials
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain effective client relations
- Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and document management.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
