    Here at gpac we have partnered with a leading agriculture equipment dealership offering a wide range of top-quality agricultural machinery and equipment from various brands. We specialize in providing farmers and agricultural businesses with innovative solutions to enhance their productivity and profitability. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success.

    Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our dealership partners and manufacturers to promote and sell a diverse range of agricultural equipment to meet the needs of our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with dealership partners and manufacturers to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure the ongoing development and success of the sales team.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance metrics and evaluate sales effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the agriculture or heavy equipment industry.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
