- Engage in friendly and informative conversations with potential customers to assess their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of our countertops, including material options, customization possibilities, and installation process.
- Collect contact information and lead details from interested customers for follow-up by our sales team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the Costco location.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work weekends as this is the prime sales time.
