- Generates Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via three routes:
- Follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Independent outreach to identified prospects / contacts
- Respond to inbound inquiries / demand that do not meet MQL / SQL criteria
- Determines if / when leads meet SQL criteria and routes leads to appropriate Lennox sales individual/role/team
- Provides sales teams with qualified leads / contacts that can quickly matriculate into high-value / potential opportunities
- Ensures low-quality leads / contacts are appropriately nurtured and not unnecessarily passed to TMs
- Collaborates with sales reps to ensure consistent feedback loop on lead / contact quality and foster continuous improvement
- Selectively targets specific / named accounts at the direction of sales reps; occasionally asked to target or dig-into specific accounts for contacts / opportunities
- Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Bachelors degree (Business or Sales/Marketing)
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience with call automation tools
- (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)
- Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus
- (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC products
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills

Job Description:WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Lead Generation Representative is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) goal based on their assigned geography. This role is also responsible for the execution of the District and Inside sales team strategies communicated by Inside Sales leader. This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the NAMs, CTMs, and Inside Sellers.
