Job Summary and Qualifications: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) provides high-quality patient care, coordinates unit functions, and supports an excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care
Assist in admission and discharge processes
Collaborate with experts for improved outcomes
Provide coaching and training for staff
Support staff scheduling

Qualifications: Registered Nurse Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of employment.
