- Enterprise owner of the Issue vs Incident intake workflow and reporting within the tool for the 1st line of defense.
- Develop the strategy and process(es) to maintain the tool and prioritization of future enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify updates and reporting needs to ensure the business provides consistent output via a standard process.
- Create agile stories and manage any projects to create efficiencies or enhancements to the management tool.
- Establish effective controls for the reporting and management of 1LOD enterprise potential issue workflow, including but not limited to ensuring the workflow is routing to the appropriate parties in the business.
- Establish effective relationships with all functional Issue Management teams.
- Develop reporting to support functional Issues Leaders in the awareness of potential issue escalations in advance of various committees such as Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC).
- Ensure adherence to the 1st Line of Defense Issues Management procedure.
- Develop webinars and/or training that build awareness of the new Issue vs Incident intake workflow, it's requirements and expectations across the Enterprise.
- Completion of projects or activities assigned by manager.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or in lieu of Bachelor's Degree, a high school diploma and a minimum of5+ years of professional work experience in a regulated Financial Services organization.
- 3+ years of experience with analytical, organizational, and decision-making responsibilities.
- 2+ years agile experience.
- 2+ years of Issues Management and/or project management experience.
- 2+ years cross functional team leadership experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- 3+ years' experience leading and supporting on cross-functional initiatives.
- Product ownership experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a demonstrated business presence while interacting with senior leaders.

- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP, Enterprise Issue Management Product Owner is responsible for owning and maintaining the Issue vs Incident Intake and Issue Reporting tools in APEX. This includes ensuring adherence to usage, managing any updates, developing/deploying training, and making any enhancements as necessary. This role will also coordinate reviews with functional Issue Leaders to identify necessary changes, validate adherence to the 1st Line of Defense Issue Management Procedure and subsequent elements (e.g., Issue Validation Template).
The successful candidate for this role has strong communication and documentation skills, the ability to manage through influence, and prior experience managing cross-functional initiatives. This role will have a high level of visibility across and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
The salary range for this position is 90, ,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
