Our Talent (HR) team is expanding to support the rapid growth of On in Rock Creek, AL and we are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join us as the Global Head of Talent (HR) Operations.

This role requires someone with a keen eye for efficiency and optimization, who thrives in a fast-paced global environment, and excels at thinking outside the box.

With your expertise and leadership, you will guide and empower our Talent Operations team to creatively solve challenges and drive impactful projects.


Your Team:

Your Mission:


  • Mentor, guide, and develop a team of Global and Regional Operations Leads and Specialists. This includes overseeing Payroll for Office and Retail, Benefits, International Mobility, and Fleet Management.
  • Lead crossfunctional projects to enhance operational excellence and provide a seamless Talent experience for team members throughout their employment journey.
  • Evaluate and improve processes and workflows, with a focus on automation and optimization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Talent Leadership team, Talent Business Partners, and On leaders.
  • Continuously assess and manage the performance of external partners to ensure maximum value from our vendor partnerships.
  • Oversee Talent Operations for yearend processes and audits, working closely with the Finance and Talent Business Partner teams.
