What you bring:

  • You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master* and ideally also have a Scrum certification.
  • You live and love agility, work independently and resultsoriented.
  • Output and outcome are two different things for you.
  • You enjoy actively shaping and developing your environment and know how to effectively apply the advantages of agile software development.
  • You have the drive to initiate and implement changes.
  • You have strong communication skills and know how to use them purposefully in daily use.
  • Very good English skills.
