Job Title:
Full-time position at Tehaleh, WA


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM


Job Responsibilities:


  • Independently and timely dispatching of trucks
  • Interacting with suppliers, carriers, and customers
  • Planning and organizing routes while considering given requirements (e.g. customer appointments, driving and rest times)
  • Ensuring costefficient use of route planning
  • Creating documents for vehicle shipping
  • Maintaining constant communication with drivers, dispatch management, and fleet managers, and ensuring daily information exchange with customers and recipients
  • Efficiently managing and optimizing contact with transport companies
  • Finding solutions for any problems that may arise and ensuring efficient delivery processes

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in the freight and logistics industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Good written and verbal German skills. Knowledge of English or Polish is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good teamwork and communication skills
  • Customeroriented mindset and approach
