    As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Location Manager to join our team.

    Job Summary:


    We are looking for a skilled and organized Warehouse Location Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control.

    As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and leading a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals.


    Responsibilities:
    Plan and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stock counts, and implement measures to minimize discrepancies.
    Develop and implement warehouse safety procedures to create a secure and compliant working environment.
    Interview, hire, supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
    Utilize warehouse management systems to track and report on key performance indicators.
    Interacts with customers and associates to address their concerns
    Maintains facilities and housekeeping
    Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
    Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    Familiarity with Netsuite warehouse management software and/or other relevant software.
    Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe working environment.
    Prior experience building a Warehouse team from the ground up strongly preferred
    Requirements
    Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    Knowledge of store and retail operations
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to pay attention to detail
    Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills.
    Experience with Netsuite, Slack, Zoom, and general computer literacy

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Knowledge of consumer electronics or the custom integration industry
    3 years minimum in a leadership or management position, with at least 5 years experience in a Warehouse environment.
