    What you'll do:
    Learn and follow a proven sales processCreate opportunities through phone, text, email, and social mediaIdentify needs and interests to match the customer to the right RVMaintain relationships with existing customersHelp with shows and events for the dealershipWhat we're looking for:Exceptional skills in customer service and communicationAbility to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales processRelevant background in sales and/or customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)

    Must be highly motivated, mentally unstoppable, and absurdly competitivePositive attitude and enthusiasm for learningBachelor's degree or relevant work experience a plusAn awesome attitudeThe ability to work independently as well as in a team settingNeat, clean, and professional appearance Ability to pass a background check and drug test Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers Who we are:
