We are always looking for dedicated and positive individuals who are passionate about health and wellness to join our team Job SummaryThe BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through sales and customer service responsibilities. The SA position is a part-time position requiring occasional weekend, early morning, and/or evening work and reports to the Studio Manager.

    Must be available at a minimum: 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
    Responsibilities Implement studio sales process including lead generation, management, and conversion; meet monthly new membership goalsCarry out member retention tasks Achieve daily tasks, bookings, and sales quotasAchieve daily and monthly retail clothing sales goalsParticipate in community events to promote the studioLog member bookingsCreate community at the studio through engagement with members before and after classProvide our BODYBAR community with support, enthusiasm, and inclusionRequired QualificationsGoal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training salesFluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, text and emailPassionate about fitnessProfessional, trustworthy, reliable, and punctualProficient with computers and studio softwareHigh school degreeSome college preferred5+

    Years Sales Experience Compensation:
