A rapidly growing I.T. Staffing firm is seeking to hire a resume sourcing specialist to join their team on a full-time, direct hire basis. In this position, you will meticulously dissect job requirements and effectively find suitable candidates for senior level recruiters.
Looking for an individual with 6-12 months of I.T. staffing experience (MUST HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF BREAKING DOWN JOB DESCRIPTIONS)
With a hybrid schedule, you will be required to be on-site at the Rockville office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while working remotely on Monday and Friday.
