    Description

    We are looking for an experienced paralegal to support our team of corporate lawyers in our midtown Manhattan office (this is a hybrid position). Daily responsibilities will include handling filings with the Secretaries of State and other government offices.

    This position will be based in our office at 1 Rockefeller Plaza. A partial work-from-home schedule will be established.
