    Mount Sinai Doctors Stuyvesant Town seeks a Full-Time Gastroenterologist for its thriving multi-specialty practice on the Lower East Side Manhattan

    Mount Sinai Doctors Stuyvesant Town offers personalized treatment for temporary and chronic medical conditions in Manhattan's East Village neighborhood, located near the Union Square subway stop. Featuring state-of-the-art exam rooms, Mount Sinai Doctors Stuyvesant Town is staffed by experienced Mount Sinai physicians who are able to provide you and your family with medical care for a variety of illnesses and injuries. In addition, our electronic medical records system is fully integrated with the Mount Sinai Health System, providing our staff with secure access to each patient's complete medical history.

    The ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System. The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine.

    Mount Sinai's Department of Gastroenterology is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. The division embraces the mission of Icahn School of Medicine by pursuing an integrated approach to patient care, research, and education. We pursue all dimensions of these three components, considering them inseparable elements of the art and science of medicine.

    Qualifications

    • Medical Degree from an Accredited University

    • New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA

    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology

    • Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve

    • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills

    • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System

    • Respectfully collaborate and build relationships with a diverse set of teammates

    • Thrive in a constantly evolving environment, challenging the status quo and striving to innovate and improve care delivery.

    Compensation range from 350K to 450K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

    Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
