Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of our organic TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, newsletter and Wikipedia page, and other social media platforms as needed.
You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Digital to develop, plan and manage social media content that engages our audience, increases brand awareness, and drives customer engagement.
We're a small, but highly experienced team, with leadership from prominent CPG brands like Heineken, Jim Beam, Anheuser Busch, Waterloo, and tech companies like Netflix, DoorDash and eBay.
You'll learn a tremendous amount across all disciplines of digital marketing.Key Responsibilities :
Community Management :
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to foster a positive community environment.
Content Calendar Management :
Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication of content across all platforms.
Analytics and Reporting :
Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring :
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
Content Creation :
Using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, and native platforms to craft authentic, on-brand content and write post copy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Event Coverage :
Attend LALO owned and supported events to create high-quality live event coverage to be posted on social media.
Administrative Tasks :
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Influencer Relations and Coordination:
Coordinate influencer outreach materials, track engagements, and field inquiries on a weekly basis.
