Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.

As a Social Media Manager at 3thix, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, influencer engagement, and paid advertising to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth within our community.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.

Create engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify our brand and reach new audiences.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track progress, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our presence remains innovative and relevant.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the gaming or blockchain industries.
Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications within gaming is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in content creation, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
