    Key Responsibilities

    DAILY OPERATIONS
    • Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
    • Load and unload the dishwashing machine.
    • Wash specific items by name (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china).
    • Store clean pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
    • Remove garbage regularly.
    • Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor, walls, doors, and handles.
    • Perform routine cleaning of cargo equipment (e.g., speed racks, carts, metro racks).
    • Communicate regularly and clearly with the Utility Team Manager as needed.
    • Breaks as well as meals are provided.
    • Clean and upkeep the dumpster area and attached supply room.
    • Duties are subject to change based on the overall needs of the unit.
    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
    • Positive attitude
    • Requires lifting from 25-50 pounds
    • Willingness to work in a hot, humid environment and be on your feet for 8-hour shifts (Meals and Breaks will be provide)
    • Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed
    • Time management skills
    • Attention to detail and sanitation rules
    • Availability to work during weekends and some evenings
