Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for 15-40 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Team Member:

• Welcome and assist guests with top-notch customer service
• Foster our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust
• Assist the manager and team as needed
• Training in various roles like cashier, drive-thru, salad, sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and keeping the dining area clean
• Cashiers create a friendly atmosphere, take orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and leave them with a smile
• Salad & sandwich makers prepare menu items efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a high standard of health & food safety
