    Your role

    Are you ready to work in the second line of defense for a top international financial institution? Are you highly interested in risk and compliance frameworks? Are you interested in enhancing your compliance knowledge and skills? Do you work well as a member of a team?

    We are looking for a Compliance & Operational Risk Analyst to:

    * assist with governance processes and maintenance of key compliance documents for the Americas region
    * ensure minimum standards are maintained for key documents
    * digest and comprehend complex topics
    * provide key metrics for reporting to senior management
    * respond to a wide range of inquiries
    * work with subject matter experts across the second line of defense
    * provide intermittent support to Compliance Training team
    * participate in strategic projects under the Combined US Operations (CUSO) Compliance Program
    * take the initiative in learning and applying new skills

    Your expertise

    * bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
    * previous experience in compliance or project management would be advantageous
    * ideally 2-5+ years of prior work experience in a relevant field
    * good written and verbal communication skills
    * exceptionally collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
    * organized with attention to detail and follow-through
    * ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines
    * highly interested in compliance and risk frameworks
    * team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, able to calmly manage conflict and pressure in a demanding, high-paced environment
    * able to work independently to complete deliverables
    * experienced in handling highly confidential/sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
