    We are seeking an entry-level Structural Engineer for buildings projects. This position will report to the Principal, and will require 0-3 years of experience in the structural design of various building types. This person can be based out of Washington DC, or Los Angeles, CA.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with the project team to prepare structural design and drawings for buildings (commercial, institutional, residential) from conceptual and preliminary stages of design through to completion.
    • Perform field review for projects under construction.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (with a focus on structures preferred) and a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering.
    • Must have passed the E.I.T. exam.
    • 0-3 years of relevant experience in the execution of commercial, institutional, or residential projects preferred.
    • Familiarity with REVIT Structure preferred.
    • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
    • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.
    • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
    • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
