- Oversee all technical support calls.
- Assist with all future technical projects, hardware and software upgrades for the department.
- Oversee inventory and tracking for department.
- Assist with AV/IT duties during various departmental and system meetings.
- Oversee all Security, OS, and driver patches and updates for department.
- Manage and deploy the departmental OS Image during yearly departmental hardware refreshes.
- Monitor and participate in relevant listservs, training opportunities, user groups, publications and professional groups to maintain a strong knowledge of developments in the fields of advancement, reporting and database management.

Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area plus one (1) year related full-time paid experience OR a combination of related education and/or experience. Applicants for this Security Sensitive Level II position will be subject to a criminal background check and must pass a drug and alcohol test after a conditional offer of employment has been extended, but before employment can be confirmed.
