- Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans to achieve goals, and oversee the integration of technical activities.
- Present and elucidate proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees while ensuring the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology and resource needs alongside market demand to plan and evaluate project feasibility.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review, and approve product designs and modifications.
- Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Comprehensive understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for effective manufacture and distribution.
- Proficiency in analytical skills using Excel.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Stakeholder management and coordination across teams with a focus on setting up processes.
- Self-driven approach with a knack for taking ownership of tasks.
- Experience with VR, Machine learning, and AI.
