- Manage and own multiple LD&T programs, deliver high-quality, thoughtful learning experiences to employees and co-lead the FP&SC LD&T Committee.
- Develop project plans and schedules and provide budget oversight for programs.
- Comfortable leading and facilitating trainings, both over video and in-person, with a live audience while maintaining a high degree of executive presence.
- Build comprehensive reporting dashboards and learner profiles using available data to deliver segmented and targeted learning experiences.
- Work in a collaborative partnership with FP&SC subject matter authorities, other learning experts in other lines of T-Mobile's business, and external instructional design consultants and vendors.
- Manage a meticulous and detailed project management structure to track multiple concurrent training deliverables and provide progress reporting to management, executives, and business partners. Manage assigned budget and resources for the program.
- Lead and mentor team members to elevate their skills and coach them as they work to achieve individual career goals. Establish an open and positive team culture, passionate about innovation and achievement.
- Bring changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.Education:

Washington Pay Range : $83, $113, The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. On the Office of the CFO (OCFO) team, we offer a fast-paced and team-focused environment, supporting over 2,000 employees across the Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain (FP&SC) team—and we strive to deliver the best experience possible to each employee In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining the strategy of our FP&SC Learning, Development & Training (LD&T) programs and initiatives.
