- Enhancing and maintaining compliance programs related to AI, cybersecurity, and wireless network regulations.
- Partnering with legal and business experts to create new compliance programs to meet new legal requirements or support the launch of new business initiatives.
- Identifying, escalating, and helping mitigate risks in business or legal operations.
- Supporting internal investigations and the reporting of potential legal or regulatory issues, including making required regulatory filings.
- Tracking compliance metrics for reporting to stakeholders and management
- Championing technological change, automation, and AI to make compliance more effective and efficient.
- Other compliance projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree. Legal and/or project management experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years program management experience
- 3+ years legal or regulatory compliance experience
- Skilled at concisely articulating priorities and risks
- Proficient in managing numerous and competing projects with complex dependencies, resources, and due dates.
- Ability to complete projects and implement big picture ideas with minimal supervision.
- Adept at motivating change across complex organizations
- Skills for influencing decision-makers (especially outside of a formal chain of command) and promote sound and practical solutions.
- Experience with FCC regulatory frameworks including those applying to wireless networks and cybersecurity.

Washington Pay Range : $88, $120,200.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
