    We are currently seeking an experienced part-time administrative assistant who is available to work 2.5 to 3 days per week to support our Fountain Inn, SC branch . This position requires regular on-site work in our Fountain Inn, SC office.

    In this position, you will provide administrative support by communicating with corporate office and other branches, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting Branch Manager with tracking project timelines.

    What you'll do

    • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
    • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
    • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
    • File, retrieve, and send corporate documents, records, contracts, insurance certificates, and reports under the direction of the Branch Manager.
    • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
    • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
    • Make travel arrangements for executives.
    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the branch manager, or clients.
    • Serve in a support capacity for all branch staff.
    • Reconciliation of timber sale data and lease preparation.

    What we are looking for

    • High school diploma required. Associate degree or higher desired.
    • One to two years related experience.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word and Excel
    • Experience with Microsoft Solomon considered a plus.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized.
