Description
TechOp Solutions is seeking to hire a Junior Program Analyst to assist with business process improvements and acquisition strategy development & execution support.
The individual will share time across the two workstreams evenly and will collaborate during surges across the workstreams. The Jr.Program Analyst will support areas that include:
review existing asset management processes; help identify areas for improvement via process change or data/workflow automation; and assist in the updating of key policy and procedure documentation

BA/BS degree and up to 3 years' experience
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take products from concept to delivery with minimal direction.
Strong Excel & PPT skills
Strong business writing skills
Strong storyboarding and deck development capabilities
Client management and meeting skills
Team player who can multi-task and drive activities in a large, high-profile, fast-paced, and collaborative team structure
