    and a global distribution partner network servicing customers across the U.The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping products in a timely and efficient manner.


    Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
    Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    Hire, train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
    Collaborate with the route sales team to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
    Utilize existing technology tools to track inventory levels and streamline processes.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
    Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor productivity.
    Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

    Ability to operate a forklift safely with training.
    Ability to use a computer to track inventory.
