    The main function of a call center/Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

    A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.

    Position is 6 to 8 months, 100% Remote and could be Temp To Hire for the right person.


    Qualifications:

    • Must have solid critical and logical thinking skills
    • Ability to investigate different issues
    • Extremely organized
    • Ability to multitask
    • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required

    salary:
    $18 - $21.05 per hour

    First

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Investigating different issues as they come in, will need to be able to connect information with data
    • Fielding incoming calls form sites and doctors where clinical trials are taking place
    • Looking out for alerts and contacting sites and drs with any unusual tests
    • Query resolutions that were submitted with patient samples
    • Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
    • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
    • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
