As a pivotal member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.     What you will do?
    • Enter data from various sources into our database accurately and in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize data entry processes and workflows
    • Utilize your expertise in MS Office, especially MS Excel, to streamline processes
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and follow-through in all tasks
    • Thrive in time-sensitive situations, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else
    • Apply creative problem-solving techniques with sound business judgment
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members and clients
    • Juggle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
    • Collaborate with individuals across various departments and levels to drive success
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed
    What you bring to the table
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Associate degree or two plus (2+) years of experience in sales support or office environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and task management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
    Pay Range: $ $29.00/ Hourly
