Our staff works together in achieving the common goal that people of all abilities can thrive in the world.

As a Supported Apartment Specialist of our Supported Apartment Program, you will support people with disabilities to successfully live in their own apartments and participate in their communities.

You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. Work full time, part time, or on-call as your schedule allows.
Evening & weekend positions available
00 per hour
How you will make a difference As part of our team, you will support people with disabilities in the following areas:
Assist with meal planning, grocery/personal shopping, & cooking
Provide support with medical appointments and medication administration
Support & develop independent living skills
A desire to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities
Must have a MN Driver's license to drive our company vans
