    Job Description

    Summary: Serves as an admin support role for field service managers and technicians; including inventory management, data management, asset tracking, operational reporting, liaison for internal install teams and third-party vendors. This role will act as a knowledgeable "go to" resource for departmental and company policy and procedures, templates, and tools.

    Essential Job Duties

    1. Collect and Report data from various internal and external sources to maintain accurate inventory and assets for each account.

    2. Generate work orders, purchase orders, vendor returns, etc. in IFS/Astea to assist with asset tracking and customer specified actions.

    3. Send out periodic reports to the leadership team.

    4. Work with Repair Vendors, and in associated portals, for Purchase Orders, Repairs, and Returns.

    5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics for projects and special orders.

    6. Act as focal point for remote employees when hands-on assistance is needed in warehouse.

    7. Routinely review work queues within IFS/Astea to monitor workflows and the completion of activities.

    8. Other duties as assigned.

    Required Education and Experience

    • 2-year degree or equivalent experience
    • experience in IFS/Astea applications preferred, but not required.
    • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    Work Environment: This job is an on-premises office position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, printer, etc. as needed.

    Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job). This position is a sedentary desk position involving sitting, standing, and a significant amount of time working on a computer with repetitive keyboard strokes. Normal vision (with or without corrective lenses) is required for this position.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.

    Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
