    Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has an immediate opening for an associate to work in a rapidly growing corporate practice in its Las Vegas office. Responsibilities will include assisting with corporate due diligence and other transactional projects. Prior transaction experience is not required. Exceptional responsiveness, attention to detail and the ability to work within a team setting are critical.

    We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates must have excellent analytical and academic credentials, strong writing, research and communications skills, exceptional personal interaction skills, and a positive attitude and maintain a commitment to superior client service.
