Nevada Licensed Attorney (0-5 years of experience) sought to assist in all of aspects of various civil litigation matters, primarily insurance defense.
This is an opportunity for hands-on learning and development as an attorney with proactive direction and assistance in a collegial team environment.
The right person for this role will have strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving approaches.
Responsibilities involve research, analysis, and drafting (letters, reports, pleadings, etc.) and will include communicating with clients, counsel, and experts. We offer a collaborative environment but you must be self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment. While the job is on-site, we offer the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Civil litigation experience is preferred. Applicants must have a Nevada Bar License or have recently passed the bar and are pending licensing.We offer several benefits, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and ample opportunities to earn bonuses.
