    Join Our Team:

    We are currently looking for a skilled paralegal with a background in corporate or legal environments. Previous experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation is a plus, although not mandatory. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in handling civil discovery requests, creating legal documents, agreements, and maintaining organized files.

    Location:

    This role is stationed in Las Vegas, NV, and will extend support to our teams in California and Illinois.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing discovery requests and legal agreements
    • Handle filing and processing of various legal documents
    • Coordinate with attorneys and vendors for discovery matters
    • Ensure contract compliance and assist in contract administration
    • Support legal team with a range of tasks including correspondence, data compilation, and research
    • Create and update legal forms and maintain a regulatory library
    • Participate in special projects as needed

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in legal settings
    • Preference for personal injury or insurance defense litigation background
    • Paralegal certification is advantageous
    • B.A. or Associates Degree is beneficial
    • Ability to analyze medical records, depositions, and legal documents
    • Familiarity with civil procedure and HIPAA regulations
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Diligent with a keen eye for detail
    • Capable of working independently and within a team
    • Adaptable and efficient in managing multiple projects and deadlines
