This position is remote (work from home) eligible.
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.

About the Job
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects. This work will require collaborating with a cross-functional team spanning multiple departments and contractors.

Duties include:

Primary ownership of multiple projects.
Manage projects according to Project Management Professional (PMP) principles, as applicable.
Manage projects according to client policies and procedures.
Coordinate with client stakeholders and contractors.
Attend client project meetings and field site visits.
Provide status reports per client requirements.
Apprise clients of issues which may impact scope, schedule, or budget.
Manage additional scope through the change order process.
Regularly seek client feedback.
Gain proficiency in the use of client software needed for project delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
May be required to work extended hours during special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Driver's license and ability to drive to field locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management.
Project Management Professional Certification

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a mouse, keyboard, scanner, copier, and a calculator.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
