    The Role of Market Manager

    As a Market Manager (MM), your primary responsibility will involve overseeing a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSM). In addition, you will be tasked with driving business results within your designated territory and ensuring the company's success in that region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead TSM team to maximize sales and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through strategic local and national sales programs.
    • Develop and implement account strategies at national and regional levels to meet sales, profit, and market share targets.
    • Foster partnerships to enhance performance outcomes.
    • Utilize data and feedback to set performance goals and assess results.
    • Conduct performance reviews with distributors to optimize business outcomes in key segments.
    • Ensure team compliance with established company standards and procedures.

    Key Skills and Experience

    • Demonstrated sales expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, with a preference for Beverage experience.
    • Prior experience with distributors and suppliers is advantageous.
    • Leadership experience of at least 3 years, managing third-party sales teams with dynamic skills.
    • Strong communication skills, including presentation and training capabilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

    Travel:

    • Required travel up to 50%.
    • Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) upon job offer acceptance.
    • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
