    Description
    Manufacturing and Corporate Recruiter
    • Contract Duration 6+ Months
    • Pay range - $40 to $55/hr
    Job Responsibilities:

    Recruiting (85%)
    • Manufacturing and Corporate Recruiter directs and manages full-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, closeout process, and new hire onboarding
    • Lead consultative recruiting planning sessions with key stakeholders to establish expectations, and timelines for the recruiting process and create a desired candidate profile
    • Develop a sourcing strategy and establish the desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team
    • Managing professional-level requisitions (30+ open requisitions) in multiple locations
    • Passive recruitment – source, evaluate, and qualify top talent; expert using LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director, Talent Acquisition
    • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition, and hiring manager as required.
    Compliance/Administration (15%)
    • Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran's hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)
    • Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and/or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively.
    • Manufacturing and Corporate Recruiter provides reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required.

    • Communicate with hiring managers regularly to establish rapport and determine specific needs
    Minimum Education/Experience:
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting and/or relevant Technical/Industry Experience
    Additional Preferred Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research.
    • Advanced knowledge of the professional search process, recruiting process, the non-exempt and temporary staffing industry, and employment law
    • Fluent in G-Suite
    • Advanced proficiency in ATS systems, Workday
    • Successfully manage, prioritize, and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics.
    • Demonstrated reputation for finding and closing hard-to-find candidates.
    • Demonstrate exceptional customer and account management, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, pushback and sense of urgency, and a deep understanding of providing sophisticated customer service.

    • Remote 8-5 Monday -Friday
