About the role:
We're looking for a proactive employee who is driven to bring and lead great talent to our team.

This is a people-focused position in a fast-paced environment - you've got to handle stress well, be goal-driven, and have experience in talent acquisition.

You're helping to lead and motivate a team of recruiters; you'll have a ton of responsibility and must be able to manage diverse and demanding projects.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization
Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to facilitate efficient interdepartmental communication
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or Marketing preferred OR equivalent years of relevant experience
2+ years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience required
Must have clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices required
Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required
