    NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Operations to join our client's team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire

    position.


    SALARY:
    $120-$150K + bonus eligible (depending on experience)

    Requirements

    15+ years professional experience in operations management and leadership- must have experience managing other managers/leaders
    Must have strong experience in the construction industry, specifically windows or doors OR have experience in another home improvement industry (kitchen remodels, flooring, etc)
    Must have experience strong working for a company that does 1000 jobs per year or more. one window install or one kitchen remodel would be 1 job for example
    Must have coaches mentality, know how to help other leaders and hold them accountable
    Solid job history

    Responsibilities

    Manage 6-10 other operations managers
    Identify operational issues that prevent organization from achieving goals and give coaching advice and hold team accountable
    Help with creating new standard operating procedures for organization
    Utilize key metrics to determine correction operational action that needs to be taken
