    The Role

    As a dedicated Senior Bank Business Consultant, you will leverage your advanced understanding of banking processes and products to serve as a trusted advisor. You will provide consultation services to internal clients on strategic sourcing, supplier management, risk management, and operational efficiency. Your role involves identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and driving process enhancements to ensure the smooth operation of the bank.

    We offer a flexible work environment that requires you to be in the office four days a week. This position is available in various locations including San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Please note that relocation support is not provided for this role.

    • Collaborate with key team members to implement strategic solutions.
    • Lead planning and execution efforts for complex projects.
    • Apply in-depth knowledge of risk and compliance to manage risks effectively.
    • Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and drive improvements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in business process consulting or project management.
    • Advanced knowledge of banking products and processes.
    • Experience in driving organizational change and process improvements.
    • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • US military experience or affiliation.
    • Robotic Process Automation knowledge.
    • Project Management certification.

    USAA offers competitive compensation based on market data and experience. The salary range for this position is $99,160 - $189,530. Eligible employees may also receive pay incentives based on performance.
